1991.............
Sh Ch Delsanto Cassandra was mated to Bardonhill Fido in 1991 and produced 2 beautiful daughters who both became Show Champions. My own Sh Ch Delsanto Roxanne and Sh Ch Delsanto Romarna (owned by Mrs L Muir)
SH CH DELSANTO ROXANNE (Emma)
Lots and lots of memorable moments with Emma who gained 8 CC's and 5 RCC's. She was Best in Show at the ISAE in 1995 and Best Bitch at Crufts in 1996.
Emma initially hated being a show dog but after doing an agilty course at the age of 2, she was always on the look out for the next fence to jump! This spurred her on in the show ring and she never looked back. Emma was a real character and has passed this on to her progeny
SH CH DELSANTO ROMARNA (Maggie) Lynn Muir wanted one of these puppies as her famous Sh Ch Fondador Charlene had died at an early age without leaving any progeny. My litter went back to the Fondador lines so she decided to take a bitch at 8 weeks - an ugly duckling , very fat with no neck.This duckling turned into a beautiful swan and in the early days of her show career she outdid her sister hands down winning a Reserve Challenge Certificate before she was 2 years old. Maggie was also a good brood bitch and produced the famous Sh Ch Romarne Rheanne who in turn produced Sh Ch Romarne Melissa, both winners of many CC's and prestigious awards.
Maggie ended up with 3 CC's & 4 RCC's.
